Couture Story Wholesale does not accept any returns on heat transfers or hand-pressed tees.

All heat transfer designs and hand-pressed tees are custom products that cannot be remade and they are only available for a limited time. These items are FINAL SALE. 


Please be aware: Orders CAN NOT be canceled, changed, or added to once you have completed checkout and your method of payment has been charged for your items. 

Any items that you wish to return are ONLY eligible for store credit to use to shop with Couture Story Wholesale. NO money is returned to you or put back on your card or other methods of payment. If you are unsure of you can return an item please contact us at couturestorywholesale@gmail.com for further help. You will be responsible for all charges for returned items. We require you to include your invoice in the package you are sending back to us for returns.

EXCHANGES: 

Because of items offered for sale by Couture Story Wholesale being of limited quantity and in high demand, we cannot always offer exchanges for items that do not fit. Send us an email inquiring if we have the correct size you need in stock. We highly recommend if you receive an item that you would like a different size of, if you see the correct size listed on our site, order the correct size and return the wrong-sized item. This is so you don’t miss out on something we know you’ll love. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will credit your account.

    • Items you are requesting to be returned must be returned in the same condition you received them. It must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with the original tags still attached and in the same packaging. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our requirements including, any signs of wear, any odors, any signs of being altered. 

  • DEFECTIVE ITEMS:


    • If you receive an item in your order that is defective, please contact us at couturestorywholesale@gmail.com within 3 business days to let us know about the defect. If you fail to contact us within 3 business days after your item is postmarked as delivered, it will not qualify for a replacement or return. You must attach photos of the defects/damages when you send us an email. Please note: CSW is not responsible for damages to clothing during shipping, or due to improper care or neglect during washing.

    RETURNS TIMELINE:


    • CSW processes return items every business day we are open. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your return is postmarked delivered to us. If you send inquiries asking if we have received your return, or how much longer it will take for your return to be processed, they will go unanswered. It is your responsibility to track your returned items. If you have returned items and it’s been over 5 business days, please email us at couturestorywholesale@gmail.com.

    PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO START A RETURN. Please DO NOT return any items to Couture Story Wholesale without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation of the acceptance of the items being returned. Once your return is approved by a sales team member, include your packing slip so we know who is sending items to us. If you have misplaced your original packing slip, you may enclose a note with your full name and order number.
