Shipping/Tracking


 PROCESSING TIME:

"When will my order ship?"

After your payment is confirmed, it can take 3-4 business days to process your order. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.

After orders are processed and payment has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation. This usually happens within 3-7 business days from the date the order was placed. 

When your order has been picked up by the shipping company, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. 

**To ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address and delivered in a timely manner, please make sure you review your shipping address before completing checkout to ensure you have entered the full and correct shipping address. If there are any issues with verifying your address at your end, please reach out to us before placing your order. Our customer service team will resolve the issues if there is an error on our end. If we reach out to you and cannot contact you after several attempts, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you, minus any restocking fees we may incur. 

If you notice you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, you can email us, but it’s best to call us as early as possible on the following business day. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we cannot, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
 
SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered different shipping options and pricing.

**Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Couture Story Wholesale, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any merchandise refund you may be due.


If your tracking information shows your package as delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Couture Story Wholesale IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages DELIVERED to the wrong address. 


HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

******All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival of orders shipping within the US:


1. USPS standard shipping  3-5 business days

2. Priority 2-3 business days

3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases). 

International Orders:

1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, including your tracking number, so you can see the progress of your shipment.

For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.
